Warranty exemption scope

If the following situations occur during the sale of the product, it is not within the scope of warranty services and users are required to pay for repairs and related services:

1. Based on the "Three Guarantees Standard for Xiaoniu Electric Vehicle Parts", if the service period and scope are exceeded.

2. The user's failure to use, drive, maintain, and adjust the Xiaoniu electric product correctly according to the instructions.

3. The sold products are damaged due to rain, ice and snow soaking, smoking, corrosion of drugs, chemicals, or natural product malfunctions or damages.

4. Losses are not covered by the warranty. And faults or damages caused by force majeure affecting the sold products (including but not limited to earthquakes, typhoons, fires, floods, social events, group events, violent crimes, etc.).

5. If the user fails to use and maintain the battery normally, and the storage time exceeds the maximum storage safety period of 3 months (the whole vehicle is plugged in and stored for more than one month, the initial battery level is less than 50% and stored separately for more than 3 months), and the battery is not charged in a timely manner, resulting in insufficient voltage of the battery feed that cannot be repaired.

6. Users who do not carry out repairs at the authorized service center for Xiaoniu electric vehicles, modify, disassemble, repair or damage the normal use of the entire product and its components.

7. The user's use of non original parts causes damage to the components of the Xiaoniu electric vehicle or unauthorized modification of the circuit and wiring configuration.

8. Product malfunctions or damages caused by factors such as collisions, falls, overloading, and speeding during the user's driving process.

9. If there is no valid warranty certificate, after-sales service card, or purchase product invoice, certificate, or card number that does not match the product.

10. Users who alter or alter the warranty service dates for Xiaoniu electric vehicle products and components without authorization.

Warranty details

The warranty of components for Xiaoniu electric vehicles should be implemented in accordance with the "Three Guarantees Standard for Xiaoniu Electric Vehicles".

During the warranty period, the authorized service center of Xiaoniu Electric Vehicle will provide free repair and replacement services. Repairs beyond the "three guarantees" service period and scope will be provided for a fee by the authorized service center of Xiaoniu Electric Vehicle based on local market conditions and repair prices.

In order to ensure timeliness, we will arrange for qualified batteries to be randomly sent out for replacement through the after-sales system

If the product purchased by the user cannot be driven due to quality issues, the authorized service provider of Xiaoniu Electric Vehicle will provide free on-site repair services. If the vehicle is unable to drive due to external factors such as human damage or natural damage, the authorized service provider of Xiaoniu Electric will provide paid on-site services (based on the distance of the service, whether the service period is at night, and whether the weather is harsh, etc., the price of the outdoor on-site service fee will be negotiated between the user and the service provider, ranging from 50 to 200 yuan).

Keeping the vehicle clean can improve the user experience. You can obtain car washing and waxing services from various service providers on your own. Regular car wash costs 10 yuan/time, while car wash+waxing costs 59 yuan/time.

The warranty service period for sold products starts from the day of the delivery receipt signed by the user.
